Panera Half Tuna Salad Sandwich - 240
Total - 490 calories

For Mothers Day Mom & I went hiking at the FDR & Vanderbilt Estates. It was a pretty good hike all together and probably somewhere greater than 5 miles all together.

Snacks - Throughout the Day
Annie's Organic Chocolate Chipper Granola Bar - 120 calories
Animal Crackers - 120 calories
Banana - 80 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Total - 470 calories

Mothers Day Dinner
Hamburger w/ Smoked Gouda
Organic Sausage
Cole Slaw
Tomatos & Mozzarella Salad
Potato Salad
1.5 Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Piece of Gluten Free Crumb Cake

Dinner was so delicious but I ate much more than I should have. Of course i've been doing so good and will be doing so good that I don't really mind.

Skipped P90x - Yoga X today cause I didn't have enough time with all the Mothers Day stuff.

Tomorrow is a new day. Hopefully weight doesn't go up too high cause of dinner!
