I was sweating like crazy doing this workout this morning. I felt like I gave it more than I have been during this routine. Didn't wear the heart rate monitor today.

Super cold in work today. Not sure if it's actually cold or if I'm cold cause I haven't eaten enough.

I would definitely not eat this one again. Wasn't horrible but not satisfying. The chocolate fiber one bar helped a bit. :-)

I still don't know how I did so well in the 5K. Maybe cause it was early in the morning and I had a good meal the night before? This was really tough. I jogged the first time across and then switched between walking and jogging the second time across. Still only averaged 6 miles per hour. I was pretty tired and realized I hadn't eaten my snack before I went out.

My body feels really tired. I guess it should after all the exercise today.
