P90X - Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper
I had to really push myself to do Ab Ripper. I just did not want to do it. I have to say it's probably the most difficult thing to do besides Plyometrics. I think it might be the only one where I have to stop a lot in each of the exercises. Just gotta stay focused!
