I had absolutely no motivation to do Kenpo X this morning but I figured I was up already and needed to go into work since I left my work laptop there. So I sucked it up and did it. I think it's my least favorite workout of the bunch mainly cause I don't feel it is working as much as the other videos.

I wore my heart rate monitor today and it said I burned 780 calories. I'll admit at least it feels like one of the quicker workouts.
