Waking up at 6 AM is tough after having so many days off of work.
Looking back at my weight history it took me till April 11th to get to 192.2. So I'm way ahead of the game. It took me just over 3 months to get to my low of 168.8 from that point so my guess of 20 pounds in 3 months should be easily doable.

So I think I've come to the realization that I am not eating enough to maintain the amount of exercise I am doing. I added some extra veggies to dinner but I think what I'm going to do is add some recovery drink to my water when I exercise.
