So, as you can see, I did not start P90x this morning. I just did not have the motivation and figure it's better to hold off on that a bit. I will try again next Wednesday and see how I feel. I will continue to exercise in the morning and hope that in time I get more motivated. I may need to just get used to waking up earlier.
