The true Day 1

Weigh In: 195.2

Well that's my starting weight for the new year. My guess is I lose 20 pounds in 3 months. We'll see how off I am.

Now, yes, I've gained back over 20 pounds since my lowest weight in September of 2011 but overall lost 43 pounds since the first of last year. I have to be proud of that and this year I need to be better about maintaining throughout the entire year.
