My digestive system today is really really messed up. I didn't eat / drink differently yesterday so not sure it's from food. My day was pretty stressful yesterday but it's not today. Hope it goes away before the end of the work day so I can hit the gym.

Went for a good walk at lunch. Probably did 2 miles.

Feeling worse as the day goes on. Been trying to drink water to stay hydrated but it's not easy. Really just want to sleep. 3 more hours of work...let's see if I make it.
